Politics (my cartoon)

Did this cartoon back in 1995.
The eyebrows of these two men form a "M" and "V" shape when they argue.
It took me a while to give an English Title to this cartoon :-)

Contradiction (my cartoon)

I did this cartoon when I was newly wed & childless. Even so, maybe at that time I already had the "fear" of juggling between work and family. After my three kids arrived in this world, I could finally "confirm" what I drew was valid & true (when they're babies).

Angels (my cartoon)

I did these cartoons back in 1995. I was full of inspiration at that time.

The 2 angels said,"You didn't make full use of all these items when you're still alive. You only have yourself to blame now."

Nursery vs Old Folks Home (my cartoon)

I did a lot of cartoons back in the 90s. I was newlywed and had a carefree year in the United States. I sent my cartoons back to Malaysia and most were published in the local newspaper (and I was rewarded with RM10 - RM20 for each cartoon published)
It's time go down the memory... and translate all to English.

What a cool gun!

I bought a toy gun for my son when he was young but never bought any for my two daughters. I'm quite against pretend gun play. Even so, I notice kids can turn anything into gun, including their fingers. It's hard to stop them from being imaginative!

Just take a look at Tian Zi's creative gun, it's made of a potato chip canister and a cup. She's aiming at the door and ready to SHOOT!

Hopefully when she's drinking water and eating potato chips, she's not thinking about shooting... and killing.

Kakak's Birthday

Yuni came to work for us when she's only 22. On the 6 of August this year, she celebrated her 27th birthday.

The kids adore her and she loves them too.
TH used her pocket money to buy her Kakak a lovely jewelry box. Tian Juin and Tian Zi bought her pen. They made her cards too!

Being a MJ's fan with phone loaded with his songs, you could imagine how excited she was when she found out it's the poster of the King of Pop.
She's so thrilled to get this present.
Thanks to Tian Huey for telling us that "kakak wanted to buy a MJ's book".

Just found this photo... we're celebrating her 26th birthday last year.

Indoor Rock Climbing @ Camp 5, One Utama

The coach gave a briefing to my three kids and their good friend YY.
The kids tried on the boulder with colourful grips (An hour of fun costs RM45 per kid)
climb to the top and ...
Jump! (the coach wanted them to bend their knees)
This is higher than the boulder.
TZ is brave and courageous. Even though she's only 7, she refused to give up. Her brother & sister looked concern. They gave her lots of encouragement.
The coach guided her to the top.
Look at my hubby's expression... as if he's thinking "Son, you better be TOUGH. When I was young, I climbed all types of tree & it's FREE! Now I have to pay for you to climb. SIGH...."
TH is agile.
Now it's time to tackle a higher wall. Harness is necessary.
Going up confidently...
coming down skillfully
TZ reaching the top again... I'm so proud of my little girl :-)
coming down nicely until ...oops... the pants got stuck!
The last wall to climb. No belayer is needed as it comes with automatic recoil ropes.
Saw this on the pillar when we're about to leave.
