I'm blessed to have a group of neighbours who love cooking and sharing (we have our morning exercise together!). Sometimes after the "qi gong" & aerobic exercise, these motherly & professional homemakers will bring out their home cook food for everyone to enjoy in the park. (so don't expect to lose weight if you join our exercise group!)
They're open to comments from other "food critics"and generous enough to make copies of their good recipes. They will also share the source of all those ingredients. Being a working mom who only cooks once a week, I do learn a lot from them. To show my appreciation, once I bought many packets of "otah-otah" from my hometown for them. They said it's yummy!
It's truly GREAT to start my day with this group of loving women who are in their 40s, 50s, 60s, and even 70s.!

The warmth from your igloo must have been felt by the neighborhood.
这才是珍贵的友情,珍惜啊!
You are so fortunate to have good neighbours who are willing to share! Next time when you have good food, call all of us here, ok?
Hi mr citiding, in fact I've felt & brought their warmth into my heart & my igloo...
夫人,我会好好珍惜这班好邻居。这可是难得的缘份阿!
对了,前几日有好几位竟没来运动,原来相约去纹眉。如今我们多了几位风骚成熟的“美眉”,哈!
hi Joyful.Mum, you're right, I'm blessed to have a group of wonderful & neighbours. Sure! All of you are welcome to join us! Be ready to put on a few pounds, Ha! Ha!
Hi Yuin Ting, I guess its fun having such great neighbours and their warm hospitality and generosity.
Its always good to get together, especially among neighbours.
Today, most don't even know who neighbours are...
Anyway, I was one....never knew my neighbours, they hardly ever see me, maybe hear a taxi arriving my house around 2 am, ha ha...me from late night flight.
Love your well taken pics.
You have fun, best regards, Lee.
Hi Uncle Lee, crime rates are on the rise but I'm fortunate to live in a very safe gated & guarded housing area in which people do not lock their gates all the time. There's a park, and a club house with swimming pool & gym for the residents to get to know each other.
Children are free to roam around, and neighbors greet each other warmly. It's a bit like a modern "kampung". (and neighbors will share delicacies from their hometown)
It's kind of surreal... but it's truly a haven :-)
Uncle Lee, perhaps you can start getting to know your neighbors too!
