She got a few more ideas from the internet, and so I gave her my approval to cut and DIY another 2 old t-shirts.
She cut the bottom of the t-shirt to make a crop top.
I simply love the weave pattern. She has completely transformed my old t-shirt!!!
Cutting slits
Adding lace
She has transformed an ordinary looking t-shirt into an extraordinary one! And it matches very well with the stripy piece inside.
This is my girl who couldn't resist to doodle on the wall when she was a toddler. How I love her and how I admire her creativity!

Hi Yuin Ting, Holy Smoke! You sure got one very creative, talented daughter there.
Looks like she might be going on that road called 'Fashion design road' when older.
But really interesting too, creating something out of old t-shirts....Maybe motivate her into sewing?
Outstanding!
Have fun, Yuin Ting....
Best regards.
Lee.
Hi Lee, my daughter loves art and eager to explore many different types of art media. I give her the freedom to explore as long as she does not neglect her studies. And yes, I bought her a Singer sewing machine. I do hope one day i can wear her creation :-)
So much creativity from a young girl, perhaps in years to come she might join the ranks of Zang Toi? I really love the horror T-shirt she made!
Hi Sunny-Cookie, you're right, my girl is indeed very creative. Furthermore, she got a lot of ideas & inspirations from the internet (save me lots of $$ from sending her to art & craft classes, ha ha! )
Wait until you see her DIY halloween costume...nothing scary but simple yet "kawai" *wink*
